In this session we tackles the crucial role of collaboration across team members in handling data effectively. Together with Adina Manisor, Head of Group Data & Analytics Product at Electrolux, participants explored the ethical and legal considerations, including data privacy implications, that accompany data usage. Additionally, we discussed strategies for accurately interpreting data, highlighting common biases and providing insights on how to identify, address, and mitigate bias in data analysis.
