Booking instructions for all SSE group rooms

• HOURS
  You can have a maximum of 4 hours of active group room bookings at the same time.
  
  
• FLEXIBLE
  The four hours don’t need to be consecutive, you can split them across dates, rooms and times.
  
  
• RESET
  When a booking ends, those hours are freed up immediately, and you can book again.
  
  
• CONFIRM BOOKING
  Confirm your booking in TimeEdit, otherwise it will be cancelled.
  
  Example: Booking starts at 10:00 → You can confirm from 09:45 to 10:15.
