Professor Elena Antonacopoulou spend the week at SSE and contributed to multiple activities to the Center for Responsible Leadership, in connection to our work on Responsibility, the work of Jeannette Eidmann’s dissertation, research seminars, creative discussions and more.

Three members of our team delivered papers and a symposium as part of the wider theme of the event focusing on ‘The Leadership Dynamics of Systems Change’. This was the 21st Conference in the series dedicated to bringing together leadership scholars and practitioners to jointly advance our understanding of leadership.

In connection with the publication of a report on the state of research on inclusive recruitment published by the Swedish ombudsman on discrimination. Laurence Romani took part in a panel discussion.
