KAM Visit at Svensk Handel

All Key Account Managers in the Retail Management program visited Swedish Commerce (Svensk Handel) to learn more about its role in representing commercial enterprises in matters related to employment and economic policy.
The visit was hosted by Carl Reutercrona (Public Policy Expert), who introduced the Swedish model and the role of employer organizations within it, as well as how Svensk Handel collaborates with key stakeholders to support the retail and wholesale industry. Anna Lönnberg (Employment Law Expert and Negotiator) then presented the organization's role in collective bargaining and its support for member firms on employment and HR-related issues. The session concluded with Zamira Hedström, who shared insights into the membership acquisition process.
